7" wet polishing kit with 21 - 3" pads

Polishing your concrete countertop to a high shine is not rocket science, matter a fact I think it’s one of the most straight forward techniques in the whole building process. Like any job though the right tools to get the desired results are a must. The wet polisher is a necessity and is a very expensive tool for a one time job. We have developed a professional grade industrial wet grinder that is in use in many granite and concrete countertop fabrication shops and priced it for the do it yourselfer. The diamond polishing pads are the tricky part; do not use a granite polishing pad for polishing concrete. The concrete countertop boom has left many resellers trying to make do with diamond polishing pads that are manufactured for the granite industry. Our diamond polishing pads that are included in our kits are bonded and manufactured for exposing the aggregate and polishing to high shine.


This concrete counter top polishing kit includes our Buff industrial wet grinder and a 7” Velcro backing pad. The backing pad will use 3 - 3” pads of the same grit at the same time to give the user a polishing radius of 7 inches. The set also includes 3 sets of concrete diamond polishing pads, a total of 21 diamond concrete polishing pads. In addition to the amount of surface polishing this kit will give you the use of 21 pads will last about 3 times that of a single 4” pad set. Included in this kit as well is a 3” backing pad to use in conjunction with a single 3” pad for those tough to get to corners and edges. A popular polisher on the market sells for around $2000.00 without the diamonds. The pad sets included in this kit has 7 steps. The first three steps or pads are used to take the cream off of the concrete counter top and expose the aggregate or precious stones that lay beneath after you pour your top. The last four pads are used to polish the concrete to a high shine.
