This vacuum brazed profiler are designed to produce perfect 3/4" radius on natural or engineered stone, concrete, and porcelain tiles. Very simple to use, just screw this tool onto our wet grinder or any other wet grinder With a 5/8-11 thread. They can be used on any center water-fed tools, plus they feature an internal water feed for optimum cooling of the bit. A nylon guide on the top of the bit rides on the surface of the stone and a rotary toucher controls the depth of cut for consistent shaping. Turn on the water and the grinder, apply some force parallel with the working surface and walla, your on your way to that custom edge.
